Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms explain how HelioClean Solutions ("we", "us") offers solar panel cleaning and related services via https://staging.helioclean.co.za.
1. Indicative online quotes
Prices shown by our online calculator are indicative. Final pricing may change after we confirm panel count, access, roof type, travel, or add-ons (for example exterior window cleaning). There is no obligation until you accept a confirmed booking or written quote.
2. Booking and payment
Reserving a slot holds your indicative price while we confirm details. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you pay after the service is completed to a professional standard. We may decline or reschedule work where access, weather, or safety make the visit unsuitable.
3. 7-day look guarantee
If you are not happy with how the panels look after our visit, tell us within 7 days and we will re-clean free of charge, subject to fair access and weather. The guarantee covers the visual finish of our cleaning — not panel manufacturing defects, inverter faults, or soiling that returns after the visit.
4. Savings and output figures
Any savings, output recovery, or payback figures on this site (including hero impact totals and calculator estimates) are illustrative estimates. Actual results depend on soiling, system size, shading, inverter behaviour, and municipal tariffs. They are not a guaranteed yield or financial advice.
5. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
